DESCRIPTION:This year we are celebrating the festive season with a tasting of wines inspired by the discovery of Charles Dickens handwritten wine cellar inventory. Dickens was advised by and bought his wines through the historic Ellis Wines Company. As a Society\, we have an established relationship with Ellis Wines and we are delighted that they have offered to help us capture the “Bon Viveur“ spirit of Dickens.   To present the wines\, we’ll be welcoming back Chris White\, Business Development Manager and our local representative for Ellis Wines. \nWe look forward to welcoming you to a fun and informative evening which should be a fitting start to the festive season. \nDress code is entirely optional\, but feel free to sport Christmas jumpers or festive sequins. \nOr …… \nYou could channel your inner Victorian.
