Condor is a UK-based independent specialist importer of Argentine, Chilean and Uruguayan wines. Established in 2011 by Lee Evans and his wife Maria, a native of Argentina, their focus is on discovering unique producers who are new to the UK market.   Condor was awarded ‘Specialist Merchant of the Year (South America)’ by the International Wine Challenge in 2019.

Tonight we welcome Condor’s Regional Manager, Aaron Irons.  He’s worked in the wine trade since 2007; previously he had been a Secondary School Science Teacher – many have commented the former job did indeed ‘drive him to drink!’ Aaron has previously worked for several UK merchants and he’s also spent two surreal years selling fine wine to an international customer base in Dubai.  Aaron returned to the UK, joining Condor in Autumn 2019. Alongside his commercial experience, Aaron also holds the WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines & Spirits.

Booking for members opens on Saturday 2nd April.  Guest bookings open on Thursday 7th April.   Please do not try to book or pay any money before these dates.
